Green GABA is a lightly fermented, not strongly roasted oolong tea, which retains a bright floral and berry flavor. Most often these are oolongs are varieties of Jin Xuan and Qing Xin, also produced in Taiwan.
These teas are the most loved in the homeland of GABA technology. In some large companies, where intellectual work prevails, GABA teas are included in the social package given to employees. Each member of staff is supposed to drink a certain amount of tea per month. Interestingly, the production technology is not as popular in Japan, which is why Japanese varieties are not as tasty as the Taiwanese ones.
