A fragrant flower of a gentle lilac color, grown naturally on lavender plantations. The native land of lavender is considered to be the Mediterranean countries. Did you know? Even the ancient Romans appreciated the essential oil of lavender and used these scented flowers when visiting the famous Roman baths. Lavender got its name, as "lavare" which in Latin means "clean" or "wash".
The stems and leaves of lemongrass were used as a tonic in Ancient China. This effect is due to the substances contained in it, schizandrols and schizandrins. But in modern China, the leaves of lemongrass are used in cosmetology – they form the base of many creams that slow the aging of the skin and trigger the regeneration of cells.
